Woman charged with DUI after allegedly causing two accidents

The Trib Local reports that a woman in Tinley Park was arrested and charged with DUI after allegedly causing two separate accidents on March 5th. Its reported that the 21 year old woman struck another vehicle from behind near the intersection of 80th Avenue and 159th Street and then swerved before hitting a curb and hitting a pile of dirt nearby the Numark Credit Union.

When police arrived at the scene, they found the woman with another female passenger. Its reported that the driver was confused at the scene, couldn't explain what happened and registered a BAC level of 0.231- well over the legal limit of 0.08. Moreover, police found a bottle of malt liquor in the car and the driver repeatedly got sick at the police station. She is also being charged with causing a hit & run accident from earlier in the evening that occurred as she was leaving a bar.

Thankfully, this woman did not cause any serious injuries or death to anyone on the roadways that night.
