The Chicago Tribune reports today that a 20 year old man was killed last night when his car veered over the double yellow line and into oncoming traffic striking a SUV. The crash happened near Ridgemoor Country Club in the 6600 block of West Gunnison Street at about 5:45pm last night. Investigating officers do not believe alcohol was a factor in the cause of the crash. Two other motorists involved in the crash were transported to area hospitals, but did not suffer any life-threatening injuries.
